Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly take it back—no questions asked. We've designed a hassle-free return process to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

  • You can message us on Whatsapp or mail us at info@floraebyanjana.com with your order number asking for a return. We will get back to you latest by the next day. You can also log in into your account and place your return request in the "Orders" section.

·        Return orders can only be placed within 15 days after the order is delivered. Once we receive a return and refund request from your end, we initiate the process of return and refund. You will be notified via email about the confirmation of your request.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Prepaid Order (Original payment source) : In this case, the order amount will be remitted back to your original payment source. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 10 business days for the amount to actually reflect in your card / bank account.

Cash On Delivery Order : If you have placed an order using cash on delivery mode and request a refund, we will contact you for your bank account details and money will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days.

Shipping (If applicable

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
