Shipping policy

1. Standard Delivery Time: 

   - The standard delivery time for any order is 8-10 business days. 

   - Sundays and national holidays are not counted as business days. 

   - Delivery time may be extended in certain unforeseen situations like lockdowns, natural disasters, etc.

 

2. Dispatch Time: 

   - Most products are *ready to ship* and are dispatched within 1-3 days after the order is placed. 

   - For bulk orders*, the dispatch and delivery time will depend on the volume and nature of the order, which will be communicated to the customer.

 

3. Shipping Charges: 

   - *Free Shipping* is available on all prepaid orders. 

   - A charge of INR 30 applies to COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

 

4. Order Notification: 

   - Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive regular updates on the order status and a tracking link via SMS and email. 

   - Notifications will continue until the order is delivered.

 

5. Return/Exchange Pick-Up: 

   - In case of a return or exchange, our delivery partners will pick up the order within 1-3 business day after the return/exchange request is placed.

 

6. Serviceable Pin Codes: 

   - We are unable to ship to certain pin codes. 

   - Customers can only place an order after verifying that their delivery pin code is within our *serviceable area.
